Primary OutcomeThe correlation between inflammatory biomarkers and fibrosis
Secondary OutcomeThe change of serum Inflammatory biomarkers The correlation between the inflammatory biomarkers and recurrent atrial tacyacrrhythmias The correlation between the inflammatory biomarkers and clinical outcomes (death, heart failure, and stroke)

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

Age minimum>= 20age old
Age maximum<= 90age old
GenderBoth
Include criteria1) AF patients (receivinf voltage mapping during catheter ablation procedure in phase 1) 2) 20-90 years old 3)Patients who can follow beyond one year
Exclude criteria1)Acute infection or intake of steroids 2)Invasive therapy within 3 months before procedure 3)Those with renal (estimated glomerular filtration ratio <30 ml/min/1.73m2) 4)Those with hepatic impairment 5)Those who previously received catheter ablation or MAZE procedure for AF 6)Inability to adhere to the study procedures.
