Outcome(s)

Primary OutcomeAtrial tachyarrhythmias lasting for > 30 seconds or requiring repeat ablation, hospital admission, cardioversion or antiarrhythmic drug (AAD) therapy* between 91 and 365 days after ablation.
Secondary Outcome1 Atrial tachyarrhythmias lasting for > 30 seconds or requiring repeat ablation, hospital admission, cardioversion or antiarrhythmic drug (AAD) therapy between 0 and 90 days after ablation. 2 Repeat Ablation for atrial tachyarrhythmias. 3 Atrial tachyarrhythmias lasting for > 30 seconds or requiring repeat ablation, hospital admission, cardioversion or AAD therapy after ablation. 4 Exacerbation of congestive heart failure (emergency admission or hospitalization) 5 Worsening renal function (reduction of eGFR >30%) 6 Stroke (Ischemic stroke and intracranial hemorrhage) 7 Quality of Life (QOL) score. 8:Biomarkers (TnI, CRP, CK, CKMB, NGAL, Cre, BNP, NT-pro BNP)

Include criteriaPatients undergoing catheter ablation including PV isolation for symptomatic atrial fibrillation Patients who are over 20 years old Willing to sign the consent form for participation
