| Include criteria | 1. Patients who diagnosed with sick sinus syndrome and implanted pacemaker 2. Patients whose heart rate is less than 40 beats per minutes due to sick sinus syndrome 3. Patients in whom sinus pause for 5 or more than 5 seconds were recorded due to sick sinus syndrome |
