Intervention(s)

Chilling of cheek skin for 10 minutes
Duration: 10 minutes once a day for 2 days

Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: blood flow in the oral mucosa
• Secondary Outcome: surfase temperature of the oral mucosa

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 18age old
• Age maximum: <= 65age old
• Gender: Both

Include criteria

Healthy adults(including patients with chronic diseases in a stable period)
18 to 65 years old
Persons who have obtained the voluntary written consent of the subject after sufficient informed consent to participate in thi study

Exclude criteria

No oral mucosal disease
No pulpitis
Not bergnant or may become pregnant
Not judged to be inappropriate by the principal investigator or the research coordinator
