• Intervention(s): Intervention(s) Operate using the hinotori and collect surgical images and operation logs.

Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: Relation between goals and robot operation logs corresponding to specific motions/sections
• Secondary Outcome: Performance evaluation of hinotori regarding achievement targets corresponding to specific movements and sections

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 18age old
• Age maximum: Not applicable
• Gender: Both

Include criteria

(1) histologically proven as adenocarcinoma
(2) tumror located in cecum or ascending colon
(3) clinical stage 1-4, indicared for curative colectomy
(4) written consent to participate in the study from the patient

Exclude criteria

(1) Previous chemotherapy or radiation therapy, including treatment for other types of cancer.
(2) Previous abdominal surgery (including appendicectomy).
(3) Patients who are judged to be unsuitable by the principal investigator or subinvestigator.
