Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: blood loss
• Secondary Outcome: operative time, period of hospitalization, intraoperative and postoperative complications, postoperative QOL, time from surgery to start of chemotherapy, residual status, open conversion rate, overall survival, and disease-free survival

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 20age old
• Age maximum: Not applicable
• Gender: Female
• Include criteria: Patients diagnosed with stage III-IV primary ovarian cancer and treated with preoperative chemotherapy with response to treatment
• Exclude criteria: Patients who have difficulty performing laparoscopic surgery due to invasion of other organs
