• Intervention(s): Ask the person subject to the specific health guidance to collect sleep data overnight using the sleep evaluation device twice, before the specific health guidance and 6 months after the specific health guidance. By feeding back the results, we will strengthen the prevention and improvement of metabolic syndrome, and lead to early consultation and early treatment for subjects suspected of having SAS.

Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: Labor productivity (WHO-HPQ, University of Tokyo 1 item version Presenteeism)

Secondary Outcome

Sleep evaluation device: AHI (apnea-hypopnea index), RDI (respiratory disorder index), ODI (oxygen saturation decrease index), sleep time, sleep efficiency, sleep latency, awakening / sleep stage
Self-administered questionnaire: sleep status (AIS, JESS), work environment (simple survey of occupational stress), mental health (PHQ-9)

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 40age old
• Age maximum: <= 74age old
• Gender: Male

Include criteria

1) Male workers aged 40 to 74 who work for one company
2) Those who fall under active support and motivational support as a result of specific health examinations from 2021 to 2022
3) Those who have obtained the voluntary written consent of the patient after sufficient informed consent to participate in this study.

• Exclude criteria: Those who are already undergoing SAS treatment
