Intervention(s)Approximately 20ml of normal saline is administered continuously following the injection of contrast agent.

Outcome(s)

Primary OutcomeQuantitative Evaluation: CT attenuation value, noise, signal-to-noise ratio. Qualitative Evaluation: Visual assessment by radiologists (image quality, lesion visibility, diagnostic ability).

Include criteriaPatients undergoing both non-contrast CT and contrast-enhanced CT on the same day
Exclude criteriaPatients who are unable to provide consent for participation in this study. Patients deemed ineligible based on physician's assessment (e.g., post-vascular intervention, severe congestive heart failure).
