• Intervention(s): Provide lecture videos of about 5~10 minutes each by medical professionals using existing platforms

Outcome(s)

Primary Outcome

1) More than 80% of people watch 5 or more out of 6 lecture videos at home
2) The accuracy rate of the proficiency test conducted after watching the video reaches 80% or more if it is 5 or more.

Secondary Outcome

Changes in bone density and body composition
Changes in sarcopenia onset and severity after 1 year, treatment continuation rate, (re)fracture rate, activity (number of steps)

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 18age old
• Age maximum: Not applicable
• Gender: Female

Include criteria

1) Osteoporosis
2) Visiting the hospital
3) Smartphones, tablets, etc. can be operated in a communication environment
4) Women over 18 years of age
5) Written consent of the patient's own free will after sufficient informed consent for participation in this study has been obtained.

Exclude criteria

1) Those who have difficulty understanding the explanation of the initial web input or those who have difficulty entering the input operation
2) Those who have been fractured for less than 2 years
3) Malnutrition: (Serum total protein 5.9 g/dl or less and albumin 3.6 g/dl or less)
4) Patients who are judged by the Principal Investigator or Co-Investigator to be inappropriate as research subjects
