• Intervention(s): Measurement of exercise pressor reflex by exercise load (handgrip exercise)

Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: Changes in blood pressure during exercise pressor reflex before and after rehabilitation treatment

Secondary Outcome

1. Changes in heart rate of exercise pressor reflex before and after rehabilitation treatment
2. Spectral analysis of ECG and blood pressure (LF, HF, LF/HF measurements)
3. Baroreflex sensitivity

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 18age old
• Age maximum: Not applicable

Include criteria

1. Patients over 18 years of age
2. Patients undergoing rehabilitation treatment during hospitalization at Hamamatsu University School of Medicine

Exclude criteria

1. Patients with a resting blood pressure systolic blood pressure of 200 mmHg or more, or 70 mmHg or less, or diastolic blood pressure of 120 mmHg or more
2. Patients with a resting pulse >120 beats/min or <40 beats/min
