• Health condition(s) or Problem(s) studied: We will target the patients who are receiving treatment in Fujita Health University Hospital.
• Date of first enrollment: 03/03/2023
• Target sample size: 500
• Study type: Interventional
• Intervention(s): We will send reports called Report related to the efficacy of a medicine and anticipation of a side effect of medication which includes the genetic information of patients to attending doctors.

Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: We evaluate the attending doctors'prescription changes for drug selections or dosages related to the risk genetic variants based on the Report related to the efficacy of a medicine and anticipation of a side effect of medication.The endpoint is any changes in prescription in 6 months.

Secondary Outcome

We evaluate the attending doctors'prescription changes in every months for drug selections or dosages related to the risk genetic variants based on the Report related to the efficacy of a medicine and anticipation of a side effect of medication.
The points set at 1,2,3,4 and 5 months after the enrollment and evaluate the trend for the timing of the prescription changes.

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 18age old
• Age maximum: Not applicable
• Gender: Both

Include criteria

1 Patients who have obtained informed consent or assent according to their capacity to understand before participation in the study.
2 Patients at least 18 years of age at the time of consent.
3 Patients who are seen in any clinical department at Fujita Health University Hospital at present.
