• Primary Outcome: coincident ratio between cfDNA in SCM and chromosome aneuploidy testing of TE cells and remaining Whole embryos biopsied from embryos used in their culture

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 18age old
• Age maximum: Not applicable
• Gender: Both

Include criteria

1) Both spouses must be at least 18 years of age.
2) Patients whose embryos were not used in IVF and were discarded, or whose cryopreserved embryos were discarded.
3) Patients who have given written consent to participate in the research.

Exclude criteria

1) Patients whose embryos did not survive after freezing and thawing
2) Patients who are deemed inappropriate for inclusion in the study by the Principal Investigator or a Research Associate.
