Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: Not applicable
• Age maximum: Not applicable
• Gender: Both
• Include criteria: Inpatients who changed the route of hydromorphone from injectable to oral

Exclude criteria

(1)Patients treated with chemotherapy or radiotherapy in the 24 hours before and after rerouting
(2)Patients who were using opioids other than hydromorphone
(3)Patients with difficulty in pain assessment
