• Intervention(s): We encourage the maintenance hemodialysis patients to reduce salt intake by using the new evaluation form of salt intake.

Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: The levels of salt intake before and after the use of evaluation form of salt intake

Secondary Outcome

1. The levels of body weight change of the two-day hemodialysis session divided by dry weight before and after the use of evaluation form of salt intake
2. The levels of the blood pressures before the two-day hemodialysis session before and after the use of evaluation form of salt intake
3. The levels of the blood pressures after the two-day hemodialysis session before and after the use of evaluation form of salt intake
4. The levels of the cardiothoracic ratio before the two-day hemodialysis session before and after the use of evaluation form of salt intake

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 20age old
• Age maximum: Not applicable
• Gender: Both
• Include criteria: All patients of maintenance hemodialysis at Hamana clinic
• Exclude criteria: N/A
