Primary OutcomeThe levels of salt intake before and after the use of evaluation form of salt intake
Secondary Outcome1. The levels of body weight change of the two-day hemodialysis session divided by dry weight before and after the use of evaluation form of salt intake 2. The levels of the blood pressures before the two-day hemodialysis session before and after the use of evaluation form of salt intake 3. The levels of the blood pressures after the two-day hemodialysis session before and after the use of evaluation form of salt intake 4. The levels of the cardiothoracic ratio before the two-day hemodialysis session before and after the use of evaluation form of salt intake
