A study to investigate the relationships between exercise and the renin-angiotensin system in the kidney

Intervention(s)Exercise therapy is performed for 3 mmonths in the outpatient clinic once a week and at home in the remaining 6 days a week.

Outcome(s)

Primary OutcomeUrinary angiotensinogen excretion rate and the change rate of it
Secondary OutcomeUrinary albumin excretion rate and the change rate of it Urinary protein excretion rate and the change rate of it Number of steps and the change rate of it Calories burned and the change rate of it Muscle strength and the change rate of it Muscle mass and the change rate of it Adverse events

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

Age minimum>= 20age old
Age maximumNot applicable
GenderBoth
Include criteria1. Patients over 20 years 2. CKD patients 3. Patients who have undergone total hip arthoplasty 4. Patients who have obtained the consent for this study by signing the consent form.
Exclude criteria1. CKD patients undergoing dialysis or kidney transplantation 2. Patients using immunosuppressants and RAS inhibitors that affect renal damage and renal RAS activity. 3. Patients whose exercise is prohibited due to heart or brain disease
