Intervention(s)We randomize the patients assigned to one of three groups, with 20 cases in each group: 1. A group using an endotracheal tube without a stylet for tracheal intubation 2. A group using an endotracheal tube with a C-shaped stylet for tracheal intubation 3. A group using an endotracheal tube with a double-curve stylet for tracheal intubation

Include criteria1)The patient who are performed tracheal intubation under general anesthesia 2)The patient younger than 10 years old 3)The patient who has good state of the general condition 4)The patient in whom physician can obtain written informed consent from parents
Exclude criteria1)The patient who has an operation in emergency 2)The patient that difficult airway is expected 3)The patient at high risk of aspiration
