Intervention(s) | Before the surgical explanation, a test regarding the cesarean section will be administered. The group will then be divided into two groups: one group will be given the test again after watching the explanatory video of the surgery and receiving the explanation of the surgery, and the other group will be given the test after receiving only the explanation of the surgery without watching the explanatory video, and their scores on the test will be compared. |

Primary Outcome | Comparison of comprehension test scores with and without video viewing. |

Secondary Outcome | Differences in satisfaction with and without video viewing. Comparison of the time taken to explain cesarean section surgery. |

Include criteria | 1) Patients 20 years of age or older scheduled for elective cesarean section and their family members 2) Patients who give written consent to participate in this study |
Exclude criteria | 1) Patients with conditions that preclude them from completing the questionnaire 2) Patients requiring procedures other than a general cesarean section 3) Patients undergoing emergency caesarean section and their families 4)Patients who are deemed inappropriate for inclusion in the study by a physician's judgment |
