• Intervention(s): In this study, we will implement the following video-viewing intervention individually. No pharmaceuticals or medical devices were used. The content of the video is based on the textbook for training gatekeeper training in suicide prevention (3rd edition), gatekeeper training on prescription drug overdose for pharmacists, and gatekeeper training for school teachers on over-the-counter drug abuse in Japan. The content reflected the actual situation of addiction. Intervention group A will watch chapters 1 to 3, and intervention group B will watch only chapter 1. Based on previous research, the total time from Chapters 1 to 3 is approximately 90 minutes.

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: Not applicable
• Age maximum: Not applicable
• Gender: Both
• Include criteria: A pharmacist who works at a pharmacy (dispensing pharmacy, drugstore). Pharmacists who work in a place other than a pharmacy (hospital, clinic, wholesaler, pharmaceutical company, etc.) and pharmacists who are not employed at the start of the study are excluded.
• Exclude criteria: Those who are employed at a pharmacy but are on leave at the time of the start of the study
