Intervention(s)Between the visits, the pharmacist responsible for the study will conduct a medication counseling via the telephone for the patients.

Outcome(s)

Primary OutcomeThe average adherence rate to eye drop usage over the 28 days preceding the final day of both the intervention and non-intervention periods.
Secondary OutcomeThe change in the results of the survey at the start and end of the research. The change in the adherence rate for eye drops during both the intervention and non-intervention periods.
