• Intervention(s): Between the visits, the pharmacist responsible for the study will conduct a medication counseling via the telephone for the patients.

Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: The average adherence rate to eye drop usage over the 28 days preceding the final day of both the intervention and non-intervention periods.

Secondary Outcome

The change in the results of the survey at the start and end of the research.
The change in the adherence rate for eye drops during both the intervention and non-intervention periods.

• Age minimum: Not applicable
• Age maximum: Not applicable
• Gender: Both

Include criteria

Patients who are newly using glaucoma eyedrops
Patients who regularly use smartphones
Patients who have consented to the use of the app

• Exclude criteria: None
