Study typeInterventional
Intervention(s)The use of BS Fine clothing and bedding

Outcome(s)

Primary OutcomeExperiment 1: During the wearing of experimental clothing, a resting measurement of approximately 1-2 hours is conducted, with a 30-minute analysis window during which body movement is minimized. Average body temperature, blood flow, various autonomic nervous system indicators, brain waves, blood pressure, and clothing microclimate are calculated within the analysis window. Additionally, quantitative measurements of stress markers in saliva and oxidative stress markers in urine are taken before and after the experiment, and compared between wearing conventional clothing and wearing BS Fine clothing. Experiment 2: Average sleep latency, deep sleep duration, body temperature, various autonomic nervous system indicators, blood pressure, and clothing microclimate during nighttime sleep over one week are calculated. Similar to Experiment 1, quantitative measurements of stress markers in saliva and oxidative stress markers in urine are taken before and after the experiment, and compared between using regular bedding and using BS Fine bedding. For short-term sleep measurements in the laboratory, average sleep latency is calculated.
