Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

Age minimum>= 40age old
Age maximum<= 75age old
GenderBoth
Include criteriaOsteorthritis, osteonecrosis of the femoral head. Patients with bone mineral density greater than 70%(YAM). Patients without osteoporosis medications
Exclude criteriaPatients undergoing revision hip arthroplasty Patients using cement stems Patients with contraindications to the use of the both stems Patients with osteoporosis
