Intervention(s) | Chest and abdominal CT scan including thyroid and prostate,gastric endoscopy,stool occult blood,tumor markers of AFP,CEA,PSA( men), CA125(female) ,and HIV-pro-viral DNA are perfor med twice with over one-year interval for the NADM screening. |

Primary Outcome | To demonstrate incidence(per 100 person-year) of the NADM among HIV infected patients by blood transfusion |

Age minimum | >= 20age old |

Include criteria | 1.HIV infected person caused by transfusions of HIV-tainted blood products 2.A written informed consent was obtained |
Exclude criteria | 1.Severe underlying and/or active AIDS disease that need to be treated 2.Patients who have difficulty to participate in this study due to psychological disease 3.Patients who are judged to be inappropriate in participation by the attending docter |
