Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: Estimation of cut-off values for FCS(fibrinogen clot stiffness) and PCS(platelet clot stiffness)measured by Quantra Qplus system to predict a blood fibrinogen concentration of less than 150mg/dl and a blood platelet count of less than 70000/mm3

Secondary Outcome

Correlation of blood fibrinogen levels with Quantra-Qplus system measurements of FCS.
Correlation of blood platelet counts with Quantra-Qplus system measurements of PCS .

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 18age old
• Age maximum: Not applicable
• Gender: Both

Include criteria

1)Patients with written informed consent
2)Caridiovascular surgery patients using cardiopulmonary bypass
3)Patients over 18 years of age at the time of concent

Exclude criteria

1)Patients undergoing emergency surgery
2)Patients who may be pregnant
3)Heart transplant surgery.
4)Cardiac surgey reoperation .
