Investigation of the therapeutic effect of electrical stimulation on acute stroke patients

Intervention(s)In addition to normal intervention, we will examine the effect of using the "disuse mode" of the General Therapeutic Electrical Stimulator (G-TES) for 20 minutes on lower limb muscle strength compared to the group that only performed normal intervention.

Outcome(s)

Primary OutcomeMuscle thickness and luminosity of bilateral quadriceps, triceps, and tibialis anterior muscles by ultrasound echocardiography and muscle size
Secondary OutcomeAge,height, weight, gender, modified Rankin Scale (mRS) before onset, National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) at onset, Brunnstrom stage of lower limbs, and ADL assessment (Barthel Index)

Exclude criteriaPacemaker users Patients with blood clots in the lower extremities History of stroke Contraindication to electrical stimulation at the discretion of the attending physician
