• Secondary Outcome: the change of symptom score of the Japanese version of Edmonton Symptom Assessment System revised

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 20age old
• Age maximum: Not applicable
• Gender: Both

Include criteria

1) 20 years or more
2) admitted in palliative care unit
3) diagnosed as cancer
4) Karnofsky Performance status 100-50
5) no delirium
6) written informed consent

Exclude criteria

1) prognosis: within 24 hours
2) difficult to perform electro cardiogram
