2. Conventional type of pupillography: 2-1. Red light stimulus / 2-2. Blue light stimulus

Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: Percentage of pupil constriction

Secondary Outcome

1. Pupil size before light stimulus
2. Pupil size after light stimulus

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 20age old
• Age maximum: < 30age old
• Gender: Both
• Include criteria: Healthy subject
• Exclude criteria: Smoking, alcohol or caffeine drinking
