• Primary Outcome: Occurrence rate of postoperative respiratory adverse events (%)
• Secondary Outcome: Treatment completion rate (%), Duration of drain placement (day), days of hospitalization (day), Postoperative pulmonary function

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 20age old
• Age maximum: Not applicable
• Gender: Both
• Include criteria: Patients who underwent lobectomy or segmentectomy and the amount of pleural effusion > 300mL/24hr on Thopaz or Thopas plus on POD2
• Exclude criteria: Patients without postoperative air leak
