Age minimum>= 18age old

Include criteria(i) Subjects are limited to men in order to exclude the effects of menstrual cycles on blood iron status. (ii) Those aged 18 years and over. (iii) Those who practice and train at least five days a week. (iv) Those who have competed in national-level competitions. (v) Those who have received a full explanation of their participation in the study and have given their consent to participate of their own free will.
Exclude criteria(i) Foods used in this study are made from peas, and nut allergy holders are excluded due to the possibility that they may be affected by a cross-reaction. (ii) Persons who habitually take iron or intestinal preparations. (iii) Other persons deemed inappropriate by the principal investigator or implementer.
