• Intervention(s): For periosteal block of clavicle fractures, a needle is inserted parallel to the long axis of the clavicle, and the periosteal block is completed with only one administration of the drug.

Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: Time to perform nerve block

Establishment of new approach method and verification of block success rate
analgesic effect
Evaluation of complications

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 18age old
• Age maximum: Not applicable
• Gender: Both
• Include criteria: Patients undergoing restorative fixation for clavicle fractures who agreed to participate in the study.

Exclude criteria

Under 18 years old
presenting with a bleeding tendency
Difficulty in accurate neurological examination such as impaired consciousness and dementia
Allergic to any of the drugs used
American Society of Anesthesiologists - Physical Status 4 or higher
Cases in which the attending physician and anesthesiologist deem it difficult to perform the procedure
