Primary Outcome | Success rate of standing during initial rehabilitation (standing and supporting weight with or without caregiving) |

Secondary Outcome | (1) Healthy limb SLR (Straight Leg Raise; lower limb extension elevation) test (2) Success rate of bridge (waist up) (3) IMS (Intensive Care Unit Mobility Scale; Intensive Care Unit Mobility Scale) I. Success rate of sitting on the bed II. Success rate of sitting on the edge (with or without caregiving) III. Success rate of bed-to-chair transfer (with or without caregiving) IV. Success rate of stepping at the bedside (alternately raising the foot with or without caregiving) V. Success rate of walking (walking at least 5 meters away from bed or chair) with the assistance of 2 or more people VI. Success rate of walking (walking at least 5 meters away from bed or chair) with one person's assistance VII. Walk independently with a walking aid (without human assistance, walk at least 5 meters away from the bed or chair with the walking aid. For wheelchair patients, 5 meters from the bed or chair. (You can operate the wheelchair and leave) success rate VIII. Include criteria | (1) Patients who are 20 years old or older at the time of obtaining the consent form (2) Patients with a stage 3-4 femoral neck fracture who are scheduled to undergo artificial head replacement according to the Garden classification. (3) ASA-PS (American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status): 1 (good general condition without complications) to 3 (severe systemic disease but not incapacitated) |
Exclude criteria | (1) Patients with dementia (2) Patients with allergies to the target drug (3) Patients who could not stand before the injury (4) Patients with a history of artificial head replacement (5) Patients who have already participated in this study (6) Patients with infection at the site where PENG block will be performed (7) Patients who are judged by the doctor in charge to be inappropriate for participation in this study |
