Intervention(s)Ingested ingredients: MCT oil Dosage: Start with 6g at a time and take 30-36g / day (10-12g / meal) daily. Intake period: 3 months Nutritional guidance and intake situation, the confirmation of the symptoms before the start, done in 2, 4, 8, 12 weeks. At the time of nutritional guidance, check the diary that describes the timing, amount, symptoms and concerns of ingestion.

Include criteria1) Patients with liver cirrhosis or hepatocellular carcinoma who are visiting the Department of Gastroenterology, Showa University Hospital. 2) Patients with albumin 4.0 mg / dL or less. 3) Patients who are 20 years of age or older at the time of obtaining consent. 4) Patients who have given written consent to participate in this study.
Exclude criteria1) Patients with uncontrolled hepatic encephalopathy. 2) Patients who require ascites puncture (twice or more a month). 3) Decompensated cirrhosis in patients with T-Bil of 3 or higher or in Child-Pugh classification grade C. 4) Patients who are judged to be ineligible by the judgment of the research doctor.
