• Intervention(s): Through participation in this aging-related preparation educational program focused on long-term care, participants will gain an understanding of the physical, mental, and social changes associated with aging, as well as the experience of long-term care at home and in facilities. They will also learn about available services within Japan's long-term care system, thereby improving their preparedness for future long-term care needs. This educational program will hold a one-hour video conference once a week for all participants. A total of six video conferences will be conducted using Zoom

• Age minimum: >= 25age old
• Age maximum: Not applicable
• Gender: Both

Include criteria

Selection Criteria for Elderly Individuals and Their Families:
Chinese elderly residents aged 65 and above who are willing to live in Japan during their later years
Individuals who are independent within the community
Elderly individuals who can attend with their family members
Able to participate via Zoom
Able to use WeChat
Willing to participate in this study
