Intervention(s)

(1) LINE Application program (Mental Health Quick Care, Self Mental Health Check Test)
Research collaborators use mental health quick care and self-mental health check tests at any time using their smartphones.
Messages are sent to the research collaborators once a week in a push type format through the LINE application. The messages include promotion of program use, short-term advice on childcare based on the age of the child, and introductions to local childcare support programs.
(2) VR program (advanced mental health care)
The VR mental health care program will be provided twice a month. Research collaborators will be asked to participate once a month.
Blood pressure measurement will be conducted before and after the VR program to observe the short-term physical effects of the VR program.

• Primary Outcome: child-Rearing Anxiety Scale

Secondary Outcome

SAT Psychological Check Test: Self-esteem, Self-repression behabioral trait, Emotional support network, Problem-solving behavioral trait, Emotional interpersonal dependency inventry, State-trait anxiety inventry (STAI), Self-rating depression (SDS), Health counseling needs, Difficulty in recognizing emotions, Self-pity, Self-dissociation, Self-denial, PTSS (Post-traumatic stress syndrome)
Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS)

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 18age old
• Age maximum: Not applicable
• Gender: Female
• Include criteria: Mothers living in City A, Kanagawa Prefecture, who are raising their first child, who is under one year old
• Exclude criteria: Persons who are under psychiatric treatment or do not have a personal smart phone
