Intervention(s)Intervention group 1: use of mobile App (Yo 2 Total care App) for education, exercise, and behavioral monitoring, and use of a pamphlet on low back pain management Intervention group 2: instruction and advice (counceling?) by occupational staffs in addition to the use of above mobile App and pamphlet Control group: only providing the above pamphlet

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

Age minimum>= 40age old
Age maximum< 65age old
GenderBoth
Include criteriaWorkers between the ages of 40 and 64 Capable of walking independently Receiving specific health guidance Experienced low back pain in the past month Mobile App can be operated from a smartphone
Exclude criteriaPatients presenting the following symptoms/signs: - Low back pain unrelated to time or activity - Chest pain - History of malignancy, steroid therapy (intravenous or oral), HIV infection - Weight loss of 5% or more within the past month - Extensive neurological symptoms - Fever of 37.5 degree celsius or higher Diabetes Pregnant or planning to become pregnant Radiculopathy Receiving strong opioids Undergoing nerve block therapy Having a history of lumbar spine surgery within the past year Considerable suspected psychosocial factors Having difficulty understanding Japanese Any other individuals deemed inappropriate for inclusion in this study by the principal investigator or participating researchers
