Secondary Outcome | Intermittent scanning continuous glucose monitoring results, sleep monitoring results, lifestyle, physical condition, body pain/stiffness/fatigue, emotional attitude, self-efficacy, self-care behavior, non-specific stress, fear-avoidance thinking/pain-denial thinking, blood biochemistry test results obtained from medical records |

Include criteria | Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes more than 12 weeks before obtaining research consent, and requiring exercise therapy, but unable to perform exercise recommended in guidelines (exercise should be based on aerobic exercise and resistance exercise is also desirable. adult patients who are unable to perform exercise to the recommended intensity (40-60% of maximum oxygen uptake, 20-60 minutes duration, 3-5 times per week) due to physical, mental or social difficulties. |
Exclude criteria | Fasting blood glucose of 250 mg per dl or more, or urine ketone bodies of moderate or more positive HbA1c of 10.0% or more Systolic blood pressure over 180 mmHg, diastolic blood pressure over 100 mmHg, Type 1 diabetes, diabetic retinopathy that has progressed to proliferative retinopathy or worse, diabetic neuropathy with severe autonomic neuropathy, diabetic nephropathy that has progressed to stage 3 or worse, diabetic foot lesions, or those with a history of severe heart disease, cerebrovascular events, or peripheral vascular disease, those with suspected heart failure, those with renal failure, or those with ischemic heart disease Those with skeletal muscle or joint disorders that make even low-intensity exercise difficult, or those with severe pulmonary disease, etc. Those with acute or chronic severe infections, or those with immune disorders requiring steroids or immunosuppressants Patients undergoing cancer treatment Those with cognitive function that makes it impossible to participate in the study, or those without internet access, including smartphones Those judged by the attending physician to be unsuitable for participating in the study |
