Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: peak VO2

Secondary Outcome

1. Cardiac function indicators and lifestyle-related disease markers obtained from routine clinical care such as blood pressure, body weight, lipid metabolism, glucose metabolism, heart failure biomarkers (BNP, NT-proBNP), echocardiogram findings.
2. Health-related quality of life (HR-QOL) scores evaluated by SF-36
3. Additional indicators obtained from CPX and the 6-minute walk test besides peak VO2
4. Changes in body composition analysis results obtained by InBody
5. Adherence rate to home-based exercise therapy

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 18age old
• Age maximum: Not applicable

Include criteria

1. Childhood cancer and breast cancer survivors with a history of cancer treatment involving cardiotoxic chemotherapy or hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.
2. Individuals with sufficient physical ability to undergo cardiopulmonary exercise testing and participate in home-based exercise therapy.
3. Individuals who, after receiving a thorough explanation of the study and fully understanding it, have provided written consent of their own free will.

Exclude criteria

1. History of cardiovascular disease
2. Active infection
3. History of mental illness
4. Pregnancy or breastfeeding
5. Other cases deemed unsuitable for this study
