Outcome(s)
Primary Outcome | State Self-Compassion Scale (SSCS). This score is measured over time from the time of enrollment and is evaluated graphically. |
---|---|
Secondary Outcome | 1) PHQ-9 A scale measuring the degree of depressive symptoms, measured at the same time as the SSCS to ascertain the relationship with changes in Self-compassion, and evaluated graphically in the same way as the SSCS. 2) Help-Seeking Style Scale This scale measures the style of asking for help from others and the degree of the tendency to do so. Measurements are taken at the time of enrollment and at the time of termination, and are compared before and after. 3) Saliva The amount of alpha-amylase and oxytocin in saliva is measured over time and evaluated graphically. 4) Heart rate Heart rate and heart rate variability will be calculated from the heart rate measured by Garmin, and the average value will be calculated for each time interval and evaluated graphically. 5) Blood pressure Blood pressure is measured over time using an upper arm sphygmomanometer manufactured by Omron, and blood pressure values at each time point are evaluated graphically. 6) PERMA Profiler This is a scale to evaluate the degree of well-being of individuals. Measurements are taken at the time of enrollment and at the end of the study, and are compared before and after. 7) Psychological Safety Scale This scale measures the level of psychological safety in the group to which the individual belongs, and is measured after three cultural prescriptions to evaluate changes at the three time points. 8) Spoken information Dialogues during in-depth interviews and cultural prescriptions were recorded. Speech features are extracted from speech waveform information, and speech content (text data) is obtained from the transcribed data; speech segments are extracted using voice activity detection, and the amount of speech relative to the total dialogue time is calculated. The valence (positive-negative) of the speech content is estimated using sentiment analysis. Other necessary features are extracted according to the purpose of exploratory analysis. 9) UCL Mood Scale Developed by Thomson and Chatterjee (2014), this scale measures the degree of mood being experienced. It is measured before and after each cultural prescribing workshop and assesses the amount of change before and after cultural prescribing. 10) UCL Museum Experience Scale Developed by Thomson and Chatterjee (2014), this scale consists of questions about the museum experience. It is measured after each cultural prescribing workshop and assesses change at three time points. |
