• Intervention(s): Taking yeast supplements containing cysteine peptides:Take 6 tablets (containing approximately 96 mg of cysteine peptide) once a day after breakfast for 12 weeks

Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: Plasma glutathione: total glutathione, GSH, GSSG
• Secondary Outcome: Yeast supplement research questionnaire, Anti-aging QOL common questionnaire, Skin condition

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 40age old
• Age maximum: < 60age old
• Gender: Both

Include criteria

*Gender: Male, Female
*Age: 40 years old or older, under 60 years old
*Those who return the reply postcard by October 31, 2024

Exclude criteria

*Those currently undergoing medication or outpatient treatment for any serious illness.
*Those who are taking or using anti-inflammatory drugs for the skin (topical and oral) at least once a month on an ongoing basis.
*Those who have difficulty reporting topical preparations or foods (ingredients: glutathione, cysteine, astaxanthin, coenzyme Q10, etc.) such as medicines, quasi-drugs, cosmetics, health foods, and supplements that claim or emphasize whitening effects, sunburn prevention effects, or skin quality improvement effects (prevention/improvement of spots, prevention/improvement of rough skin, cell turnover promotion effects).
