Intervention(s) | The study subjects will be allowed to use air purifiers with TPA filters in their bedrooms for one month. The intervention group will be given an air purifier with a normally functioning filter. The placebo group will use an air purifier that is identical in appearance, but only the filter does not function properly (placebo product). Before and after the intervention, indoor house dust samples will be collected and analyzed for allergens. In addition, questionnaires will be collected before and after the intervention. |
Outcome(s)
Primary Outcome | The primary endpoint will be a comparison of the change in house dust in the intervention group with the difference in house dust in the placebo group as baseline in the rooms of the study subjects. |

Secondary Outcome | Each of the following items, which can be confirmed from the indoor allergen concentration to be monitored and the results of the questionnaire, will be secondary evaluation items. Difference in the amount of allergens in house dust before and after environmental improvement (installation of air purifiers with TPA filters) Difference in the amount of allergens in house dust on the floor and in bedding Difference in allergen levels according to the questionnaire items |

Include criteria | Persons who meet all of the following criteria will be considered for this study 1) Households with infants (0-6 years old) at the time of application for participation in this study 2) Those who are in an urban area and live in an apartment of 3 bedrooms or less 3) Persons who, of their own free will, have given their consent to participate in this study and to use air purifiers equipped with TPA filters |
Exclude criteria | Persons who violate any of the following criteria will not be included in this study 1) Persons who are participating in other clinical research or clinical trials involving interventions within 3 months prior to obtaining consent 2) Those who are already using an air purifier at home 3) Those who are planning to buy a new futon or bed 4) Those who are using anti-allergy bedding 5) Those who have pets 6) Other persons whose participation in the study is considered inappropriate according to the judgment of the participating physician. |
