Primary Outcome

Basic demographic and clinical characteristics of Japanese PAH patients
Disease specific QoL of Japanese PAH patients, emPHasis-10

Secondary Outcome

Health related QoL of PAH patients(EQ-5D-5L)
Coefficient of each factor associated with the worse QoL in PAH patients

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 18age old
• Age maximum: Not applicable

Include criteria

1.Participants who are considered as PAH group 1
2.Participants who have both the willingness and ability to provide informed consent in this survey
3.Adult participants who are 18 years old over

Exclude criteria

1.Participants who are currently participating in or have previously participated in any Sotatercept clinical trials
2.Participants who are currently participating in PAH or PH related clinical trials
3.Participants who are diagnosed as non-group 1 PH (PH Group 2, 3, and 4)
4.Participants who did not select any listed diagnoses in the screening questionnaires
