Intervention(s)The psychological scales, VAS and STAI, are measured before and after the stimulation, and respiration, saliva, EEG, finger pulse wave, and heart rate are measured from the beginning to the end of the stimulation.

Outcome(s)

Primary OutcomeRespiratory rate measured during and before and after tactile, olfactory, and auditory stimulation
Secondary OutcomeRate of change in EEG, finger tip pulse wave, and heart rate for tactile, olfactory, and auditory stimuli, as well as oxytocin and cortisol, alpha amylase, testosterone, and estradiol in collected saliva

Age minimum>= 18age old
Age maximum< 85age old

Include criteriaHealthy adults who are between 20 and 85 years of age at the time consent is obtained Subjects who have given written consent to participate in this study
Exclude criteriaSubjects deemed ineligible for this study by the principal investigator Subjects with underlying diseases Subjects allergic to fragrant osmanthus, etc.
