• Intervention(s): Performing non-contrast coronary CT imaging, non-contrast head and neck MRI imaging and pulse wave testing

Outcome(s)

Primary Outcome

Framingham score, a risk score for cardiovascular disease
Prevalence of coronary artery calcium score of 101 or higher on coronary CT
PVH/DSWMH grade on head and neck MRI

• Secondary Outcome: Prevalence of those who are referred to a cardiologist or neurosurgeon specialist and require initiation of anticoagulation therapy

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 30age old
• Age maximum: Not applicable
• Gender: Both

Include criteria

Congenital hemophilia A or hemophilia B (regardless of severity)
Age of the patient must be at least 30 years old
Informed consent is required

Exclude criteria

Acquired coagulation factor deficiency, including acquired hemophilia
Congenital coagulation factor deficiency other than hemophilia
Under 30 years of age.
Unable to give informed consent
Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant.
