Intervention(s)Patients are invited to participate in online rehabilitation using Zoom meetings (twice a week for 40 minutes per session).

Outcome(s)

Primary OutcomeChanges in activities of daily living and motor symptoms in PD patients Satisfaction and utility of online rehabilitation
Secondary OutcomeChanges in PD patients' quality of life Changes in PD patients' emotional well-being Changes in caregiver's burden Relationship between the number of times PD patients participate in online rehabilitation and distance to hospital and their satisfaction and effectiveness.

Age minimum>= 20age old

Include criteriaPD patients aged 20 and over who are receiving medical care at Keio University Hospital and affiliated research institutions, and their caregivers
Exclude criteriaPatients who cannot maintain a sitting position Patients with severe cognitive impairment Patients restricted from exercising due to heart disease, respiratory or orthopaedic diseases Patients who cannot follow the instructions of healthcare professionals
