Primary Outcome1) Comparison of reading speed between control and simulation groups under uncontrolled head movement 2) Comparison of reading speed of control and simulation groups under head movement control 3) Comparison of reading speed of control group with and without head movement control 4) Comparison of reading speed of simulation group with and without head movement control 5) Comparison of reading speed of control and RP groups under uncontrolled head movement (6) Comparison of reading speed of control and RP groups under head movement control (7) Comparison of reading speed of control group with and without head movement control (8) Comparison of reading speed of RP group with and without head movement control
Secondary Outcome1) Relationship between head movement and reading speed of the control group under uncontrolled head movement 2) Relationship between head movement and reading speed of the simulation group under uncontrolled head movement 3) Relationship between head movement and reading speed of the control group under uncontrolled head movement 4) Relationship between head motion and reading speed of the RP group under uncontrolled head motion

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

Age minimum>= 20age old
Age maximum< 50age old
GenderBoth
Include criteria1) Patients already diagnosed with retinitis pigmentosa, with good visual acuity and less than 10 degrees of afferent visual field constriction 2) Healthy subjects without organic diseases
Exclude criteriaNormal subjects (1) Patients with organic diseases of the eye other than refractive error (2) Those with severe refractive error including astigmatism (3) Patients with disorders that interfere with head movement Retinitis pigmentosa (1) Patients with organic eye diseases that affect visual acuity (2) Patients with severe refractive error including astigmatism (3) Patients with disorders that interfere with head movement (4) Those with abnormalities of eye movement including abnormalities of binocular and vestibular functions (5) Those with a disability that makes it difficult to read Japanese documents
