Intervention(s)Measurement of post-illumination pupil response (PIPR): Red or blue LED light is presented for one to several tens of seconds to subjects who have adapted to the dark.

Outcome(s)

Primary OutcomeDependence of PIPR measurement results on optical stimulus presentation time and optical system
Secondary OutcomeExploling for individual factors (age, gender, pupil sutra, chronotype, mood state, etc.) that contribute to PIPR measurement results and dependence on measurement conditions

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

Age minimum>= 18age old
Age maximum<= 60age old
GenderBoth
Include criteria1) Persons who are between 18 and 60 years of age at the time of consent
Exclude criteria1) Persons with mental illness 2) Those with neurodegenerative diseases 3) Persons with abnormal color vision 4) Persons with a fear of the dark 5) Other subjects deemed inappropriate by the principal investigator.
