Cutaneous administration and oral intake of squalene
Collection of sebum and stratum corneum on the forearm

Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: Concentration of squalene in sebum and stratum corneum

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 18age old
• Age maximum: <= 70age old
• Gender: Both

Include criteria

1. Aged 18 to 70 years old
2. Subjects who agree to participate in this study

Exclude criteria

1. Subjects who have been developed with allergies to shark liver oil or soft capsules
2. Subjects with skin irritation (including contact dermatitis, atopic dermatitis)
3. Subjects with skin disease or scraped skin on forearm
4. Subjects with pregnancy or already taking squalene
5. Subjects who are judged as unsuitable for participation in this study
