Intervention(s)Intervention group: Each day for 5 days, Monday through Friday, the participants were asked to take a picture of their lunch, submit the picture, and report the number of colors in the meal. Control group: Do nothing.

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

Age minimum>= 20age old
Age maximum<= 64age old
GenderMale
Include criteria1. male 2. aged 20-64 years 3. living in Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama, Chiba 4. workers full-time, day shift, working Monday-Friday 5. eating lunch habitually 5. less than 25 points of the "Epicurean tendency" scale
Exclude criteria1. female 2. under 20 years old, over 65 years old 3. address outside Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama, Chiba 4. not working, working at night, working on weekends 5. not eating lunch habitually 6. more than 25 points of the "Epicurean tendency" scale
