Online Nursing Practice to Support Self-Care for Patients with Inflammatory Bowel Disease

Intervention(s)After agreeing to participate in the study, subjects will receive three online nursing consultations during a 3-6 month observation period. 1. The subjects will enter the limited site from the QR code and PW for research participants indicated in the recruitment guide handed to them by the physician, and answer the preliminary questionnaire. 2. 1st online nursing consultation: Obtain consent from the research subjects, and collect information verbally while conducting the nursing consultation. 3. Second online nursing consultation (before the next scheduled visit): Information on changes from the previous visit will be collected verbally during the nursing consultation. 4. Pre-questionnaire before the third online nursing consultation: Information will be collected using Google Forms. 5. Third (and final) online nursing consultation (before the next scheduled visit): Information will be collected verbally during the nursing consultation. 6. After the implementation of the research intervention and after the third (final) online nursing consultation, information will be collected from the subjects via Google Forms.

Outcome(s)

Primary OutcomeChanges in self-care assessment (30 items of the SCAQ questionnaire) from the beginning to the end of the online nursing consultation
Secondary Outcome1. Contents of online nursing consultation (3 times) 2. Satisfaction and opinions about online nursing at the end of the online nursing consultation

Include criteria1. Patients 18 years of age or older who are attending the hospital with ulcerative colitis or Crohn's disease. 2. Patients who have given their consent to participate in this study 3. Patients who can use video calls.
Exclude criteria1. Patients deemed ineligible by the attending physician 2. Patients who could not give consent to participate in the study
