Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: the complication rate of over C-D grade IIIA
• Secondary Outcome: Duration of operation (min), Intraoperative blood loss (ml), Intraoperative transfusion, Resection margin status,Conversion to open surgery, In-hostital death, Death within 30 days, Morbidity within 30 days, Morbidity within 90days

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 20age old
• Age maximum: Not applicable
• Include criteria: Patients who underwent total pelvic exenteration (TPE), Anterior pelvic exenteration (APE), posterior pelvic exenteration (PPE) for pelvic malignant tumor between January 2012 and October 2022 were included.
• Exclude criteria: Those patients who did not diagnosed as a histologically malignant, who had not been of declared of their cancer, or who refused to participate in the study were excluded.
