• Primary Outcome: The primary endpoint was defined as a composite of appropriate ICD therapy and death.

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 20age old
• Age maximum: Not applicable
• Gender: Both

Include criteria

1) Adult patients
2) Patients who were implanted with ICD and were followed-up in Chiba University Hospital
3) Patients who underwent a transthracic echocardiography piror to the index implantation of an ICD and whose right ventricular function can be elavuated

Exclude criteria

1) Underage patients
2) Patients who declared for rejection of participating in a present study
